Maison Hugo, built in 2008 is a fully equipped holiday home for 6 guests. It has a magnificent view over the golf course opposite "Château de Sadillac".

Description of the house: Entering the house, you see a spacious hall with utility room having a washing machine, freezer, ironing board and the hot water boiler.
In the hall there is a large toilet with a wash basin.
From the hall you enter the corridor, equipped with an air conditioning unit, that leads to the living with open kitchen plan, and three spacious bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
Living Living
The very spacious living room has two great couches, two comfortable armchairs, DVD player, TV and satellite various channels.
Hall Kitchen
The fully equipped, cozy and spacious kitchen with all amenities: dining table that sits 6, large ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge and of course a very large dishwasher. All other required equipment is present, such as: glasses, dishes, pans, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster.
Bedroom 1 Bedroom 2
There are three large double bedrooms. Each with one double bed and sufficient cupboard space. These are comfortable beds with good mattresses and nice linen.
Bedroom 3 Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a shower with thermostatic taps, two sinks and two free-hanging cabinets.
The spacious toilet has a free hanging toilet.
Holiday Home View
All the windows in the house are equipped with screens and shutters to provide cooling for the Summer. Furthermore you will find three electric heaters and a wood burning stove. If available there is a small amount of wood in stock for the stove. Included in the rental price is 150 kWh of electricity, this is enough for everyday use. Please pay attention to the following: the air conditioning uses about 40kWh per day.

The large south facing terrace (40m2) offers a magnificent view of the vineyards and sunflower fields and the golf course of "Château de Sadillac". The terrace is furnished with a large wooden table, six adjustable chairs and two sun loungers. In the pantry there are two large double hammocks and a barbeque which you can use on the terrace.
The terrace also has an outdoor kitchen with a stone counter top and a tap with hot and cold running water.
The house is surrounded by a large garden and ample parking.
This cozy home is the starting point for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
